About YOUNG

We’re not a traditional company. We build, invest in, and grow ventures across Europe in hospitality, media, lifestyle, and real estate with one mission: turn good ideas into real, profitable, meaningful businesses.

We’re looking for Growth Partners (Advisors): independent thinkers who help founders grow smarter, faster, and stronger.

What you’ll do

Act as a strategic sparring partner to founders and our holding team. Your job: bring clarity, simplify complexity, and create momentum.

You will:

- Move ventures closer to profitability and independence - Spot opportunities for growth, efficiency, and monetization - Keep culture and customer experience aligned with YOUNG’s DNA - Act fast, deliver outcomes (not reports) - Share concise monthly updates with our Founder & CEO (wins, risks, next steps)

Engagement: part-time, high-impact.

Work with 1–4 ventures, a few hours per week.

- How you operate in ambiguity. Share your first 2–3 moves when a venture is messy. - One outcome you drove. Context → what you did → measurable result (numbers or clear before/after). - Where you add the most leverage (commercial, product, ops, brand, growth) and the industries you want to advise.

Keep it real: no corporate fluff, and don’t let ChatGPT do it for you. We want to see how you think and operate, not how a machine would. You can always refine it with AI later.
