Your Responsibilities:
You will join the team as Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA:
 * Act as a lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator etc.), HTA submissions. In that role:
 * Interact with the client to have a good understanding of their need
 * Identify optimal methodological solutions to address the need
 * Lead the implementation of the corresponding solution and development of high-quality deliverables
 * Lead client meetings
 * Act as a project manager on projects including Health Economics and HTAs
 * Act as the main point of contact to the client
 * Coordinate the work of team members internally
 * Represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to the preparation of proposals
 * Providing management and technical support to other team members within the Health Economics and Market Access department
 * Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development).
Responsibilities:
 * Responsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA team
 * Acts as Project Manager, Lead Analyst and/or technical advisor on projects within your specialty
Operational Excellence:
 * Accountable for quality checking that the staffing on projects within your cluster is optimal
 * Safeguard for quality of deliverables within your cluster–set standards of excellence and transmit know-how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision
Business Development support:
 * Supporting development of project extensions or the proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients to strengthen partnerships with key accounts
 * Supporting the development of proposals within area of expertise
Your Qualifications:
 * You hold an advanced degree (minimum Master’s or equivalent) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
 * You have over four years of relevant experience in health economics and HTA, with solid knowledge of submissions in key markets.
 * You are proficient in Excel and VBA;
 experience with Ris a plus.
 * You can independently design, organize, implement, and present project plans, while also working effectively within a team.
 * You demonstrate strong project management and leadership skills, with experience supervising project teams.
 * You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and speaking, with clients and team members.
 * You bring a creative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
 * You are fluent in English;
 knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
