Sales Executive - Industrial Products

Are you ready to drive growth in the industrial products sector? TOLSA is looking for a Sales Executive to develop and expand our environmental business while building strong relationships with key customers worldwide.
What you’ll do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
Analyze customer assortments and market volumes to design and execute strategic sales plans.
Monitor account performance, optimize profitability, and implement pricing strategies.
Maintain close customer contact through meetings, calls, and regular visits to uncover growth opportunities.
Handle operational challenges that require commercial insight, from finance to logistics or production issues.
Use market data and BI insights to create clear, actionable reports.
What we’re looking for:
Technical degree in Science or Engineering.
2–5 years of international sales experience in industrial products, particularly in filtration of vegetable and mineral oils, biofuels, waxes, paraffins or meaning bleaching Earth.
Experience in international business development and key account management.
Ability to analyze sales and market data to make strategic decisions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Spanish; English and French or Italian are a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions (Iberia, Italy, France) and manage global accounts.
