Role Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help us lead and drive digital work streams with a client‑obsessed mindset. You will be part of the wealth management vertical, acting as a customer advocate while working with technology to ensure that key requirements are delivered as part of the product backlog. Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of banking across wealth management and private banking, experience with innovation & transformation trends, and be familiar with agile ways of working.
Hybrid position in Madrid
3 days at the client´s office (Sol area, next to the underground).
Key Responsibilities
 * Support the bank’s Product Owner for the Client Lifecycle Management initiative, collaborating with Change & Client, Experience, Business Management and Technology teams to conceive and prioritize features.
 * Extract relevant insights from client online behaviour and usability testing to continuously iterate client journeys and improve the product experience.
 * Implement frameworks to drive adoption and usage, establishing feedback loops so the product meets client needs.
 * Drive engagement and usage, managing business and senior stakeholders as a partner and trusted advisor, ensuring continuous user feedback loops during agile delivery.
 * Plan and orchestrate training activities, creating easy‑to‑understand training and engagement material for clients and front office.
 * Create high‑quality communication deliverables such as EDMs to clients and front office and articulate communication strategy through presentation materials.
 * Work across projects with a clear understanding of project management principles, structure, roles and responsibilities.
Mandatory Requirements
 * You have at least 7‑8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a financial institution, fintech, technology or consultancy company.
 * You enjoy working on problems with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize journeys and prioritize features.
 * You have excellent communication skills, can process information quickly, break complex matters down to their core, run independently and persevere.
 * You are comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to obtain decisions.
 * You have experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service, and have successfully managed the full product lifecycle from idea to scaling, integrating user feedback and driving prioritization.
 * Professional familiarity with client needs in wealth management and private banking, understanding of business processes, process design and re‑engineering.
 * Experience with product discovery and delivery concepts, user needs analysis, opportunity identification, and success in a design‑thinking and agile framework.
 * Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a track record of prioritizing and making trade‑offs based on objective evaluation.
 * English C1.
