Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented person to work as a Tent Receptionist at the international MotoGP sporting event. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients and guests at the event, as well as performing administrative and logistical tasks within the company's operations department.
Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting clients in the Paddock area of the circuit
• Coordinating with the event's organizational team
• Handling incidents and providing support to enhance the customer experience
• Performing administrative and logistical office tasks during non-competition periods
Requirements
• Preferably trained in Tourism, International Trade, or a related field
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential (other languages are an asset)
• Strong communication skills and customer-orientation
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to travel (nationally and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in event reception
• Knowledge of event operational management
• Responsible and dynamic attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
