Process scale-up from lab to pilot to industrial scalePilot plant design, operation, commissioning, and troubleshootingData analysis, KPI monitoring, and process performance trackingImplementation of process control strategies and continuous improvement actionsFamiliarity with industrial equipment, including reactors, separation units, and downstream processing systemsPreparation of technical documentation for process transfer and industrial deploymentCompliance with industrial safety, quality, and regulatory standards
