You will be part of the Logistics & Supply Chain team, working closely with Sales, Procurement, Planning, and external logistics providers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transport and warehousing operations in an international environment. This role in summary The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end transport and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations, and driving cost optimization and continuous improvement across logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include Lead transport planning and manage carriers for inbound and outbound logistics flows. Manage customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms. Analyze freight costs, negotiate rates with logistics providers, and optimize transport routes. Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and service performance levels. Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve escalated operational issues and support cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Planning). Prepare regular performance reports and provide improvement recommendations to management. Perform invoice verification, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Minimum requirements 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in an international environment. Strong knowledge of international transport, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
