We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to provide day‑to‑day operational HR support in Spain and contribute to Talent Management initiatives across the EMEA region. This role combines hands‑on HR operations with strategic involvement in talent processes, diversity & inclusion, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily HR support to employees and managers in Spain and across EMEA.
* Maintain and manage employee records and documentation in SAP.
* Administer time tracking systems (e.g., Woffu) and employee benefits.
* Support onboarding, training coordination, and HR reporting.
* Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and internal HR policies.
* Drive the Talent Management process, including succession planning, development, and performance.
* Promote the use of HR systems and data for decision‑making and process improvement.
* Coordinate the Diversity & Inclusion and Equality Plans.
* Manage training programs and Fundae subsidies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally in international environments.
* Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
* Experience working with SAP and HR databases.
* Solid understanding of Talent Management principles and tools.
* High proficiency in English (B2 or above); French or Dutch is a strong plus.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, curious, and team‑oriented mindset.
