Job brief - CRM & BI Specialist (Salesforce)
The CRM Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position is essential for enhancing sales efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and customer service quality, while maximizing the use of customer data.
Key Roles and Functions :
1. Lead and support the global implementation of Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with business processes.
2. Manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM to improve sales efficiency, data accuracy, and automation.
3. Translate business needs and sales operation models into CRM functionalities to boost performance.
4. Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends; convert data into actionable insights.
5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
6. Provide data-driven insights to sales teams to enhance lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
7. Collaborate with digital sales, eCommerce, and marketing teams to improve lead generation, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
8. Ensure CRM solutions are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with business growth strategies.
Qualifications and Experience :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration, implementation, and optimization.
* Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, and sales performance monitoring.
* Experience in B2B digital sales environments is advantageous.
* Proficiency with BI tools such as DataStudio, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Salesforce Analytics.
