We are currently looking to strengthen the team of HMM Spain, one of the companies within our group.br/br/About the Rolebr/br/Do you have experience in customer service within the maritime or logistics sector? Are you motivated by dynamic environments where accuracy and coordination are key? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team of HMM, playing a pivotal role in the operational and documentary management of import activities. In this role, you will ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting essential import processes, working closely with clients, ports, and internal stakeholders across the logistics chain.br/br/Key Responsibilitiesbr/br/Customer service and incident resolution. Management and issuance of BLs. Coordination and follow‑up of transportation. Control and verification of import invoicing. Review and management of import discharge lists. Monitoring of Agency and Principal systems. Management and oversight of port platforms across the different operated terminals.br/br/Required Skills Qualificationsbr/br/English: high level (written and spoken) – mandatory. Previous experience in maritime logistics, international transport, or shipping lines (valued). Knowledge of maritime documentation (especially BLs). Experience using port platforms and operational systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Strong customer orientation and communication skills. Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.br/br/Compensation Packagebr/br/Permanent contract.
