We are looking for a Market / Growth Data Analyst to join a strategic global data transformation project with one of our key international clients.
You will operate in a highly complex global data environment, working with large-scale datasets, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Define, design, and evolve data products supporting marketing and customer experience use cases
* Understand and navigate a complex global data ecosystem with multiple integrated sources
* Translate business needs into scalable data product requirements and specifications
* Work closely with marketing, CRM, product, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
* Analyze customer campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization and personalization
* Build structured, actionable insights from large-scale and complex datasets
* Develop clear data storytelling for business stakeholders and executive audiences
* Contribute to segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
* Apply AI/ML concepts to enable automation and scalability of marketing processes
* Ensure alignment between business objectives, data capabilities, and technical implementation

Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or similar technical fields
* 4–5 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Data Product, or similar roles
* Strong experience in SQL and complex data analysis
* Hands-on experience with large-scale data environments (Databricks or similar)
* Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems (preferably AWS)
* Strong knowledge of data architecture and data modeling principles
* Experience in marketing analytics / customer experience / campaign analytics
* Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
* Ability to define and manage data product requirements end-to-end
* Strong communication and data storytelling skills
* High analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
