As a Technical Artist you will be responsible for helping its assigned departments to solve technical issues.

Responsibilities
\n
Give technical support to the assigned departments.
\n
Debug issues with key inputs & outputs eg. Farm errors, HDAs, internal tools, publishing processes.
\n
Optimize department procedures.
\n
Strong knowledge of 2-3 departments.
\n
Assist supervisor is documenting the technical workflows.
\n
Attend technical meetings as requested, to keep trained and updated in the new studio/department tools, pipelines, workflows, etc.
\n
Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
\n
Collaborates with other team members, when necessary.
\n
Follows the department supervisor and leads' instruction.
\n
Requirements
\n
3-5 years in VFX or animation industries.
\n
1 years in the animation industry is desirable.
\n
Strong artistic or/and technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must.
\n
Some expertise in programming with Python.
\n
Some Knowledge of USD.
\n
Knowledge of some 3D animation area (Modeling, Surfacing, Animation, Lighting).
\n
Experience in any 3D animation Software (Maya, Max, or Houdini).
\n
Medium-High English level desirable. xugodme
