Strategically located next to Stellantis ́ plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant, who will manage the full vendor invoicing cycle, ensuring that all financial obligations are recorded accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Requesting new supplier accounts from the Procurement department, reviewing, adding, and correcting additional data as needed.
* Managing supplier invoices, including reception, validation, booking, local and intercompany reconciliation, release, and payment.
* Overseeing the payment process, controlling the approval workflow and ensuring full compliance with internal payment-approval policies.
* Conducting daily bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
* Managing travel expenses, including administration of the travel expense app, booking, and payment processing.
Your profile and qualifications:
* Advanced Diploma in Administration or Finance, another studies in accounting would be highly valuated.
* English level preferably at least B2.
* At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable department.
* Required on-site working availability at our offices based in Zaragoza.
