Job Description
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
* Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
* Maintain high store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organised, and fully replenished at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
* A desire to achieve sales targets.
* Enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* The ability to obtain an ASIC pass which includes background checks.
* Flexible availability (weekdays and weekends).
