Job Type Full-time Description
As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for representing and promoting the brands represented by the dealership. Brand Specialists serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing expert knowledge about specific brand's vehicles, features, and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Vehicle Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the brand's vehicle lineup, including features, specifications, and pricing.
3. Product Demonstrations: Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the brand's vehicles.
4. Sales Presentations: Present vehicle options and packages to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate vehicle prices and financing terms with guests.
6. Closing Sales: Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
7. Customer Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
8. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records.
9. Store Appearance: Contribute to a clean and organized dealership environment.
Qualifications
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strong sales and negotiation abilities
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Strong customer service orientation
14. Proficiency with computer systems, including dealership management software
15. Automotive industry knowledge (preferred)
Physical Requirements
16. Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
17. Sitting: Ability to sit for long periods, especially during computer work or sales presentations.
18. Reaching and Bending: Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping to access vehicles and dealership equipment.
19. Lifting: Ability to lift and carry items, such as paperwork, vehicle accessories, or promotional materials.
20. Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive various types of vehicles.
21. Fine Motor Skills: Dexterity to operate computer keyboards, phones, and other office equipment.

Salary Description $50K - $100K per year
