Were merging two businesses : our AI recruitment platform with an established hospitality tech platform. The tech works. We need someone to integrate both businesses and drive team cohesion for exponential growth. Were on the road to becoming the European leader in hospitality recruitment tech.
The Reality :
- Two teams two cultures two tech stacks
- Dormant ARR ready to wake up
- Team needs restructuring
- Critical permanent CRO hire needed ASAP
- 90 days to prove the merger thesis
Tasks
Your Mission : Execute a flawless integration while the business keeps running. Youre not only here to write an integration plan - youre mainly here to ship organizational transformation at startup speed. Then hand over to the permanent team youve built and stay on board if needed.
Youll Own (Days 1-90) :
- Merge two organizations without losing momentum
- Optimize the organization retain top talent hire the best
- Design the go-forward org structure
- Drive culture and hunger to win across all teams
- Find and hire the permanent CRO wholl scale this in the age of AI
- Install AI-first operational mindset
- Build repeatable playbooks while executing
Requirements Youll Need :
- 2 successful tech turnarounds / integrations completed
- Track record of fixing SaaS operations
- The general state of AI and the impact on efficient organizations
- Proven ability to assess and reorganize teams fast
- Experience hiring senior revenue leaders who actually deliver
- Comfort making rapid decisions
- Barcelona on-site availability most weeks
