Key ResponsibilitiesLead finance across FP&A, controlling, accounting, tax, and treasuryDrive budgeting, forecasting, and performance managementStrengthen commercial decision‑making (pricing, margins, efficiency)Build and develop a high‑performing finance teamLead transformation, process improvement, and systems upgradesPartner closely with the CEO and senior leadership
