What you’ll do?
The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert who works closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers. This includes understanding customer requirements, visiting customer’s factory, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customized solutions that meet client needs. The Presales Engineer plays a crucial role in building customer confidence and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's technical and business objectives.
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
* Perform solution design and ensure product compatibility with client factory.
* Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.
What you’ll bring?
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Automation or a related field.
* Previous experience in a presales Engineer or similar position.
* Extensive experience in in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems .
* Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
* Familiar with the 2D and 3D drafting software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.
