What you’ll do
* Own and exceed sales targets for the Southern Europe and LATAM regions by defining and executing a winning go-to-market strategy.
* Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, handover, and expansion opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales (Sales Engineers), Post-Sales (Solutions Engineers), and Customer Success to deliver seamless execution and measurable customer success.
* Represent Zynap externally, serving as an evangelist for our platform at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
* Forecast accurately across a +2-quarter horizon, maintaining clear visibility into pipeline health and revenue predictability.
* Identify and win complex enterprise deals, leveraging your network and market knowledge to open doors and close marquee accounts.
* Articulate Zynap’s unique value proposition, aligning customer challenges with our preventive cybersecurity automation solutions.
* Contribute to team growth and strategy, bringing energy, leadership, and a scale-up mindset to a fast-growing environment.
What we’re looking for
* 7+ years of experience in Security SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
* Demonstrated ability to drive complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close, managing multiple stakeholders and long decision processes.
* Exceptional business development and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business value through demos, proposals, and executive conversations.
* Strong focus on new business acquisition, while maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships.
* Deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to build momentum, gain customer validation, and close business effectively.
* Experience leading or mentoring Account Executives within a regional or vertical structure.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
* Travel: up to 25%, including occasional overnight trips outside the local area.
