Your role in the team As a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you act as the primary operational contact for our customers. You oversee service delivery processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main operational contact for all project-related topics and customer inquiries
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Identify optimisation opportunities and initiate improvements in processes and services
- Manage customer expectations during project transitions and ensure a smooth transition into Business As Usual operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and continuously improve service delivery
- Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback
- Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their service life-cycle
