Join Roche, where every voice matters. /ppThe Position /ppWithin the GI/GU Squad and reporting to the Brand Lead, the main mission of the Brand Champion will be to define and lead the integrated strategy of the Therapeutic Area products so that all patients who need it can have the best treatment as soon as possible. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop the omnichannel strategy for the product/indication, with a patient-centric, multidisciplinary approach throughout the life cycle, together with the Therapeutic Area Squad /liliActively participate in the iSquad, in order to ensure co-creation of the strategy with the field to have a customer vision in the preparation of materials /liliLead the development of the annual plans for the assigned brands and drive the implementation of national actions /liliSupport the implementation of regional plans at the Ecosystem level /liliProactively participate in international iSquads and/or iCommunities forums, proposing constructive improvements, facilitating the flow of information, and representing all members of the affiliate squad /liliEnsure a continuous and transparent flow of information from Central Squad to Ecosystems /liliIntegrate knowledge and analysis of the internal and external environment into the product strategy, based on insights from different stakeholders (doctors, payers, patients), as well as market studies and other sources of competitive intelligence /liliParticipate in activities with clients /liliEnsure the proper use of resources by establishing valuable activities and monitoring the plan every 120 days /liliProactively share and collaborate with other BCs in the company /liliGenerate effective and quality promotional activities and materials /liliMaintain a positive and constructively critical attitude, assuming and supporting company decisions /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliUniversity Degree, preferably in health sciences /liliPostgraduate studies (MBA or similar) are a plus /liliHigh level of spoken and written English and Spanish /liliMinimum 5 years of previous experience as Product/Brand Manager and/or other functions directly connected with product strategy /liliExperience in oncology and leadership in product launches /liliProven leadership in Cross-functional projects /liliExperience in field positions will be highly valued /liliAvailability to travel /li /ulh3Your Competencies /h3ulliStrategic Vision and Leadership: Develop the product vision and translate it into strategic marketing plans (Integrated Strategic Plan, Integrated Launch Plan), ensuring that actions are linked to business results and priorities /liliCreativity and Communication: Proactively propose ideas, narratives, and value propositions for the product, using excellent verbal and written communication skills to generate impact both internally and externally /liliAnalytical Capacity: Manage data from various sources to drive strategic decision-making, demonstrating expertise in handling insights, business indicators, forecasting, and segmentation /liliAdaptability and Customer Orientation: Adapt quickly to market changes and develop effective proposals based on customer needs, always focusing on providing value /liliOmnichannel Orientation: Integrate digitalization natively into the marketing strategy, leveraging key AI tools, omnichannel dissemination tactics, and advanced digital marketing concepts /li /ulpWho we are /ppA healthier future drives us to innovate.
