Recognised financial company is looking for a strong Employee Relations Specialist to act as an individual contributor to boost the department. As a integral member of the HR team you will lead 4 key fields:
Responsibilities
- Unions Negotiation
- Employee Relations Reporting
- Counseling and advise to the senior leadership members in labour relations matters
- Relationship and management with external law firm advisor
This role will have global exposure and reporting
Fluency in english is mandatory
At least 7 years of experience working in global environments
This role could be based in other regions
