As Industry Lead, you will have the opportunity to help shape our trajectory and capitalize on the immense potential of the Spanish market, recruiting and developing the advertisers of your assigned industries.

Overview:
The selected person will be a seasoned professional in the advertising industry, with a robust educational and professional background. Graduated in BA (or marketing) from Tier 1 University or Business School and has a high level of English proficiency.
With 5 15 years of experience in advertising, in significant digital roles and a background in sales with a major Digital Media Group, he/she currently excels in business development in his/her company. He/She is smart, hands on, and a strategic thinker. He/She has established business relationships in Spain both in Media Agencies and advertisers. Ambitious and innovation driven, he/she is now seeking a new opportunity to impact in a fast growing project in digital advertising.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5 15 years of successful sales experience in the advertising industry, ideally digital solutions for advertising: video, display, traffic, native, programmatic, with a demonstrated list of achievements.
* Established business relationships in Spain.
* Knowledge and strong contacts in key media agencies and direct advertisers.
* Passion for sales activities: prospection, meetings, product presentation, afterwork, events.
* High energy personality with a passion for winning.
* Proven ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and drive significant impact.
