Global Graduate Accelerator - Global IT Spain
Your responsibilities
Kick-start your career in a 12-month global program designed to develop future key positions and leaders through real business impact, senior mentoring, and international exposure.
* Analise, implement and improve existing IT processes as part of international agile teams across our landscape.
* Translate business processes into IT demands for implementations.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement these demands: from SAP to the shopfloor.
* Participate in the rollout of the implemented solutions.
* Create Business Requirement and User Training documentation.
Your profile
* Master degree or comparable and first professional experience in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar).
* Intercultural experience e.g. through semester or internship abroad and willingness to work in different locations worldwide.
* Very good English language skills.
* Strong analytic skills and business mindset, to master future challenges by contributing with fresh ideas and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Structured 12-month development: Three distinct assignments offer broad business and cultural insights.
* Clear home-country perspective: After the program, you will continue your career in a long-term role.
* International exposure with local commitment: Gain global experience while employed on a local contract in your home country.
