Job duties and responsibilities :

* Our Senior Sales Manager identifies, contacts, and closes deals with prospective merchants, focusing on the online gambling, forex, and crypto verticals. They should have an existing network to generate business for PayRetailers.
* Business Development : Experience in identifying and securing new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and achieving sales targets.
* Manage commercial deals from initial concept through key terms, contracts, and integration.
* Own the full sales cycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech Support, Compliance, Marketing) to identify and implement growth strategies.
* Market Insight : Strong understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
* Communication Skills : Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience and Qualifications :

* Experience in Payments, especially in Gambling and Forex industries, is MANDATORY.
* Proven sales experience managing top-tier accounts.
* Experience in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech environments.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive.
* Understanding of deal processes, negotiation, and realistic deal sizing.
* Fluent / advanced in English (written and spoken).
* Salesforce experience is a plus.

Additional assets :

* Fluent / Advanced Portuguese is desirable.
