Responsibilities Agency Communication & Relationship Management: act as the main contact point for a portfolio of TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) agencies, maintain regular communication with agencies to ensure alignment on platform policies, campaigns, and operational priorities, support agencies in understanding TikTok Shop programs, incentives, and operational requirements.Agency Registration, Operations and Performance Tracking: provide support for agency registration processes, monitor agency performance metrics and service indicators to understand agency capabilities and areas for improvement, track agency progress in merchant support, creator collaboration, and campaign participation, and help agencies identify operational improvements to drive platform GMV growth.Operational Support & Enablement: provide operational guidance and training to agencies on TikTok Shop tools, campaigns, and best practices, assist in organizing agency onboarding, training sessions, and knowledge sharing, and help agencies better structure their internal teams and workflows to improve efficiency.Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities within the agency ecosystem, build reports and dashboards to track agency performance and campaign results, and support business decision‐making through data insights.Cross‐functional Collaboration: work closely with internal teams including merchant operations, creator operations, product, and marketing, and support the execution of campaigns, incentive programs, and operational initiatives for agencies.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Economics, or related fields.Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners.Comfortable working with data and basic data analysis.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in e‐commerce, seller management, creator/influencer marketing, or agency management.Familiarity with data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus, to be able to work with internal stakeholders.Consulting industry background is a strong plus.
