We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead and coordinate logistics services for complex industrial projects. This role combines operational and commercial functions with a strategic focus on Project Cargo management, from planning to delivery, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, cost, service, and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coordinate all logistics activities related to industrial projects.
Coordinate with management to define strategies and implement initiatives and value propositions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, delivery, cost, and service objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with local, national, and international suppliers.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
Participate in preparing and negotiating tenders for complex projects.
Oversee import/export documentation and ensure proper management.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead project execution from start to finish.
Represent the company at sector meetings, fairs, and events nationally and internationally.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
Proven experience and deep knowledge in Project Chartering.
At least 10 years in Project Cargo, both operational and commercial roles.
Strong understanding of international transport, especially maritime.
Experience in preparing international trade documentation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Leadership skills in team management and conflict resolution.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and Environmental Management is valued.
