ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers and more.Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve KPIs.Analyze campaigns and inform the team with your insightsWork with creative teams, internal and and external, to ideate and create top performing ads
Requirements5 years experience in user acquisition in the mobile games industryYou LOVE hands-on work - this is an active roleCampaign management experience in self-served platformsSignificant budget management and experience working with top channels:
Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.Data proficiency - ability to understand, and act upon attribution and performance dataFluent English, both written and verbalPositive personality, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
