Internship salary: 600 € / month (six months).
Location: Madrid or Barcelona (hybrid model)

Do you love turning ideas into engaging content — whether it's a clever tweet, an Instagram carousel or a quick, snappy video? Are you curious about how brands connect with audiences through creativity, strategy, and culture?
At Good Rebels, we’re looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our Social Media & Engagement team — someone eager to learn, experiment and create across platforms.
What will you be doing?
You’ll support our content and strategy teams in creating native, platform-first content for some of our key clients — and learn how real social media work is done at an agency that’s anything but ordinary.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping create content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) — from idea to execution.
* Supporting the planning and execution of social media calendars and campaigns.
* Producing short-form video content using mobile devices and editing tools.
* Writing social copy adapted to each brand’s tone and platform.
* Assisting in reporting, benchmarking and basic performance analysis.
* Collaborating on presentations and content proposals for both internal and client-facing use (mainly in Google Slides).
Who are we looking for?
* Someone who loves social media, culture and creativity — and isn’t afraid to pick up the iPhone and shoot.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and visual.
* Comfortable using video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot or similar).
* Very high level of English (C1–C2); you may work in international teams.
* Studies in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or similar fields. A Master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
* Well-organized, collaborative and proactive, whether working remotely or at the office.
* Bonus points if you’ve worked with or created content for a brand, even if it’s your personal project.
