We are looking for a IT Support Specialist Salesforce to join our team. This is your opportunity to work with a globally renowned client in the automotive sector, addressing high-impact technological challenges while advancing your career.

Education and experience requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT consulting or technical support roles.
* Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
* Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build effective working relationships with multicultural teams and diverse technical backgrounds.
* Adaptability and agility to work in dynamic and changing environments.
* Focused on continuous learning and professional development.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical requirements
* Experience in building and operating IT services.
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (mandatory):
* Customization and programming in Salesforce.
* Incident resolution and support (L2/L3).
* Familiarity with databases such as Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL.
* Desired experience with APIs, microservices, and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
* Knowledge of cloud IT architectures and services.
* Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* AWS certifications or knowledge (preferred).
* Experience or knowledge in automotive sales processes and/or accounting (valued).
