This position is accountable for defining, governing, and delivering complex, interdependent IT and Data programs that are fully aligned with the Group’s business strategy, profitability objectives, and sustainable growth ambitions. /ppActing as a key bridge between business strategy, program execution, and enterprise data capabilities, the role ensures the successful delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives while establishing a modern, secure, and scalable data ecosystem across all Group entities. Program Strategy, Governance, and Alignment /b /pulliDefine and articulate the vision, scope, and roadmap of Group-wide IT and Data programs in collaboration with Executive Management and Business Sponsors. /liliStructure complex programs by identifying constituent projects, their critical interdependencies, and optimal execution sequencing. /liliEstablish and chair the Program Steering Committee (SteerCo), ensuring effective governance, transparency, and decision-making. /liliEnsure continuous alignment with corporate strategy, target business and IT architectures, and enterprise data strategy. /li /ulpbr/ppb2. Program Execution and Financial Management /b /pulliOversee the execution of multiple interdependent IT and Data projects, ensuring adherence to Group standards and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAFe). /liliEnsure strong sponsorship and engagement from Regional CIOs and key stakeholders across all entities. /liliManage overall program budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), optimizing resource allocation and controlling expenditures with clear EBITDA and PL impact. /liliDefine, monitor, and report on KPIs, value metrics, and benefit realization to track progress and business outcomes. /li /ulpbr/ppb3. Data Strategy, Architecture, and Platforms /b /pulliDefine and evolve the Group Data Strategy in collaboration with Executive Management and, where applicable, the Chief Data Officer. /liliDesign, maintain, and govern the target enterprise data architecture, including data models, flows, storage, and integration layers. /liliLead the selection, implementation, and governance of data platforms and technologies (Cloud Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, BI/Analytics, MLOps). /liliEnsure consistency and scalability of data models and solutions across all Group entities and systems. /li /ulpbr/ppb4. Data Governance, Quality, and Compliance /b /pulliEstablish and enforce enterprise-wide technical data governance and quality standards (profiling, cleansing, monitoring). /liliImplement data governance tools and processes, including data catalogs, lineage, and metadata management. /liliEnsure the security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance of data assets (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), in close collaboration with IT Security. /liliOversee Master Data Management (MDM) to guarantee a Single Source of Truth for critical business data. /li /ulpbr/ppb5. Delivery, Operations, and Risk Management /b /pulliOversee the operational stability and performance of IT and Data platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and availability. /liliManage risks, dependencies, and issues at program level, proactively escalating critical topics to the Steering Committee. /liliLead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems, platforms, and data solutions across the organization. /liliAssess and govern scope changes, evaluating their impact on timelines, costs, and expected benefits. /li /ulpbr/ppb6. Leadership, Communication, and Stakeholder Management /b /pulliLead, coach, and develop Program Managers and Data teams (Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Modelers), fostering collaboration and high performance. /liliServe as the primary point of contact for Executive Sponsors, Business Leaders, Regional and Country CIOs regarding program and data initiatives. /liliPromote a data-driven culture and technical excellence across the Group. /liliManage strategic relationships with key technology and cloud partners. /liliEnsure clear, audience-tailored communication, from detailed delivery reports to executive dashboards. /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS /b /pulliMaster’s degree (or equivalent, e.g., MBA or Engineering School) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. /liliMinimum b10–12 years of experience /b in IT, including at least b5 years in senior leadership roles /b managing complex programs and/or enterprise data platforms in a Group or international environment. /liliProven track record in managing large-scale, multi-project transformation programs, ideally involving ERP, CRM, data platforms, or digital transformation. /liliStrong expertise in enterprise data architectures and distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). /liliHands-on knowledge of Cloud Data Warehousing and Analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS Redshift). /liliSolid understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, and regulatory compliance. /liliExperience with Data Modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault). /liliFamiliarity with Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, GenAI, Agentic AI, and Data Science infrastructure. /liliMastery of project and program management methodologies and tools (PMP, PgMP, MSP; MS Project, Jira, Clarity). /liliStrong strategic vision, executive presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. /liliExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. /liliHigh level of rigor, organization, and resilience in complex, fast-paced environments. /liliFluent professional English is mandatory; Spanish and French are a plus. /li /ul
