We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Consulting team at Mercer. This role is based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to :
* Advise clients (big, multinational and complex clients) on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans, having a strong knowledge on a great variety of insurances (health, life, accidents and pensions) as well as other flex benefits;
* Support our clients and administrate the insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc.);
* Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers;
* Daily contact with corporate clients (local and international);
* Work as a team with a great spirit of mutual help;
* Search for the best solutions in the market and align our delivery with the benefits strategy of our clients.
What you need to have :
* More than 3 years of experience working with health insurances;
* Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills;
* Resilience, proactivity and flexibility;
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
