The holder of this position is responsible for the proper operation of the Lounge operation in El Corte Inglés Puerto Banús (Marbella).
Main duties and responsibilities
- You animate and manage directly your team of agent reception and refunds.
- You work in prospecting and developing the portfolio of our merchant partners present in the neighborhood.
- You manage the staging of brands in the place.
- You report directly to the Lounge Manager and your main responsibility is to have control over the drive to store, check if the team offers the brands every day, with daily/weekly/monthly control and report any incidence to the Lounge Manager.
- You help and guide your team members on their KPIs achievement, as well as controlling the excellence of our VIP customer service.
- You are responsible for the quality of the reception of international tourists directed to our lounge.
- You ensure the activity of refunds in town for Global Blue forms, in accordance with local regulations and Group’s procedures.
- You are responsible for the reliability of the refund operations by checking in particular the documents presented by the tourists (forms, identity papers, etc.).
- You manage cash transactions related to transactions on a daily basis: cash orders from the group’s head office, cash counting, daily reports.
- You propose and enforce security measures.
- You animate your team on a daily basis by defining the schedules (presence, absences).
- You distribute and coordinate the work in a constant effort to serve the customers better.
- You motivate, encourage and energize your team.
- You guarantee good cohesion and a high level of commitment within your team.
- You oversee the KPI achievement of your team members.
- You guarantee the best customer experience in the lounge according to our quality standards.
- You propose quality procedures adapted to the lounge activity requirements.
- You sensitize your employees to receive reception, rigor in the execution of refund operations, and respect of the rules of conformity and security.
- You visit your customers regularly as part of the business objectives assigned to you.
- You build the "customer journey" in partnership with the brands of your perimeter.

Background and Education
- Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the luxury or high‑end hotel sector, with commercial experience in the high‑end retail sector.
- Excellent sense of hospitality and service.
- Autonomous, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams based on respect, delegation and transmission.
- Ideally, an international profile.
Specific skills and competencies
- English oral and written fluency is essential.
- Another foreign language is a plus (Mandarin, Russian, Arabic).
