What you´ll do
- Support in managing the volume forecast in SAP Demand Planning tool.
- Become a Business Enabler by tracking and improving relevant KPIs with the supervision of the BP team (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias).
- Collaborate with the Business Planning team and Operations to ensure product availability. Help with business escalations like Opportunities & Risks.
- Support in participating in Product Lifecycle management. Steer timing, stock ramp-up (launch) & depletion (phase-out).
- Track and minimize Obsolete product stocks and assist in managing clearance of slow mover or expired stocks.
- Proactively report to the team expected future Out of Stocks to minimize risk & inform the business.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree: Supply Chain / Data Scientist / Business Administration or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills (writing/reading/speaking).
- Advanced data management knowledge (SQL, Power BI, MS Office)
- Experience in operating systems is highly valued (SAP – advantage)
- Demonstrated high analytical and logical thinking skills under time pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data to audiences at all levels.
- Good communication skills
