We are looking for a senior business development / sales professional with proven experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate sector, to help us secure high-value projects (€10,000 – €30,000+).
This is a commission-based collaboration, idóneo for an experienced professional who understands how complex architectural projects are sold and wants to work with a premium service offering.
Responsibilities Identify and approach developers, engineering firms, and architectural studios
Build relationships with decision-makers (directors, partners, project managers)
Present our services and manage the sales process
Support negotiations and close high-value projects
Work closely with the studio to align proposals with client needs
Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales within architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate
Strong understanding of B2B services and long sales cycles
Ability to sell high-ticket, custom professional services
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
Self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented
