We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels in both technical execution and communication.
The ideal candidate should be well familiar with software architecture and design patterns, committed to writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code, and improving software quality. Responsibilities also include maintaining and enhancing the CI pipeline, contributing to test plans, and developing automated tests.
You will collaborate with a fully distributed, remote team, playing a key role in designing, optimizing, and developing AI-centric software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
* Ensure software quality through automated testing and validation processes.
* Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and correctness.
* Document implementations, testing, CI decisions, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, including Typescript, Groovy, SQL, and React (experience with these is a plus but not required).
* Experience with software architecture (monolithic, event-driven) and design patterns.
* Experience in designing multi-tenant or SaaS applications.
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies (TDD), validation, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
