This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially sharp relationship-builder who wants to make a genuine impact in the clean energy space. </p><p></p><p> We're looking for someone with experience in strategic account management within SaaS, data, or market intelligence, with a demonstrable track record of growing a complex book of business. </p><p></p><p><b> As Senior Account Manager you will: </b></p><ul><li> Own net revenue retention across your portfolio, with clear accountability for renewal rates and expansion targets </li><li> Develop and execute account plans for each strategic client, identifying growth opportunities and risks at every stage </li><li> Lead commercial negotiations on renewals and upsells across multi-stakeholder processes </li><li> Build and maintain senior and executive-level relationships across your accounts </li><li> Represent the voice of the customer back into the business, feeding insight to senior leadership and product teams </li></ul><p></p><p><b> We want to hear from you if: </b></p><ul><li> You have 5 + years in strategic account management, ideally in SaaS, data, or market intelligence </li><li> You can point to specific examples of retention and expansion you have personally driven </li><li> You are credible and confident managing senior and executive-level stakeholders </li><li> You have some familiarity with European energy markets or renewables </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What do they offer?</b></p><ul><li>€70-90k + bonus structure </li><li> Hybrid working in Madrid. </li><li> Opportunity to work at the heart of the global energy transition </li><li> A high-calibre, international team across Europe and the US </li></ul><p></p>
