What Youll Do Design and develop high-quality backend services and APIs.
Contribute to scalable architectures and solutions integrated with other internal systems.
Participate in the full development cycle: from technical analysis to delivery and maintenance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
Apply best practices in development security and DevOps.
What We’re Looking For Over 3 years of experience as a backend developer.
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Experience with REST APIs relational and non-relational databases (SQL MongoDB).
Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka.
Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and event-driven architectures.
Good level of English and Spanish.
DevOps mindset and experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
