We are currently in full growth and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our People & Culture team in Spain. The preferred location would be our main offices in Albacete, but candidates from Comunidad de Madrid, Comunidad Valenciana or Castilla La Mancha will be considered as well if they are willing to travel to Albacete when required.
What functions will you perform?
1. Apply the selection procedure implemented in the company.
2. Recruitment process: Creation and publication of the offer and/or search in different channels (infojobs, indeed, LinkedIn...).
3. Contacting candidates, conducting telephone interviews, face-to-face competency-based interviews and technical interviews with the area managers.
4. Carrying out group dynamics.
5. Application of psycho-technical tests and preparation of the corresponding reports.
6. Evaluation of skills and knowledge.
7. Designing and implementing the induction plan for new staff.
8. Contracting and negotiating with consultancy firms for the outsourcing of processes.
9. Updating of the TPD corresponding to each job position.
10. Internship personnel: search, management and monitoring of personnel and control of agreements.
11. Proposing and developing HR management policies, including staff motivation, evaluation and assessment systems.
12. Drafting and submitting financial proposals.
13. Exit interviews.
Minimum Requirements
1. University degree and complementary training in Human Resources.
2. University degree in Psychology, and complementary training.
3. At least 5 years' experience in recruitment consultancy or in a recruitment position.
4. Experience in recruiting international profiles with foreign hiring managers.
5. Advanced knowledge of office tools.
6. High level of English, minimum C1.
