* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and operations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS technology.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
