Responsibilities:
1、Achieve Sales Targets
- Develop and execute annual sales goals for EV charging products in the market, accurately manage sales budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness aligns with company expectations.
2、Client Resource Expansion
- Acquire new clients, including EPC Partner, logistics fleets, public transportation, etc., and build a comprehensive client database.
- Assist the team in maintaining relationships with existing clients, promptly address client needs, ensure satisfaction and renewal rates, identify potential demands, and drive continuous collaboration.
3、Market Resource Integration
- Closely monitor national policies, regulations, and industry trends. Participate in industry association activities and provide policy analysis and market trend reports to the company.
- Integrate local suppliers, installation service providers, and other resources to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring efficient product delivery and installation services.
4、Organizational building
- Leverage personal capabilities or resources, and collaborate with the headquarters team to recruit suitable talents and expand the local sales team as well as the technical service team.
