OverviewTransformation Business Partner role at Vueling Airlines.
Provide business expertise and strategic direction within the transformation team, delivering effective informational executive-level presentations to support structured decision-making and accomplish the mission of each initiative.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the Transformation Plan and help achieve Vueling's mission and vision.Support the positioning of Vueling as a leader in the industry.Ensure messages reach the executive level clearly and effectively.Deliver results in the most efficient way and promote transparency on project results and Vueling values.Promote knowledge sharing across the organization and facilitate synergies.Be the centre of knowledge and expertise in transformation areas; act as the "go-to" person for the assigned area.Support any other responsibilities inherent to the job.Main Responsibilities – TasksProvide business expertise and strategic direction based on experience and knowledge of Transformation objectives.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for low-cost carriers (LCCs).
Oversee development of executive-level materials with a strong understanding of the Vueling Transform forum topics.Apply agile methodologies to organize and drive large, time-sensitive projects with multiple participants.Develop and deliver concise, executive-level presentations with clear decision-support points.Guide business leads and sponsors with transparent updates on project and business results.Become a center of knowledge for the assigned transformation areas.Any other responsibility or function assigned inherent to the job.Main RelationshipsCollaborate with finance, IT, data, and other shared services to support Transformation initiatives.EducationUniversity Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering (or related fields), or Business Studies.Experience5 years of experience in consulting or strategy.Previous experience in the airline industry is required.LanguagesEnglish C1Spanish C1LocationViladecans, Barcelona.Employment detailsLevel 4.
