Event Managerto join our Event Team and lead the end-to-end delivery of F2F, hybrid and virtual B2B events worldwide for outstanding clients such as Hewlett Packard (HP), ensuring seamless planning, coordination and execution.to develop their career in global event management.Dedication : Full-timeHybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office)Project's Lenght : Temporary project (1 year estimated, with possibility to become a permanent role).Reporting to our Event Team Lead and Event Director, and working closely with the internal and client teams, some of your main responsibilities will be:
* Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation
* Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needs
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
* Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
* Oversee event budgets, reporting and performance tracking
* Prepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each evento
* Lead onsite event delivery for a number of events across EMEA
* Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences
* Participate in daily coordination with the international Project Team
* Contribute to weekly planning and alignment meetings with the Events Team
3+ years of previous experience in event management
* Experience working with project management tolos
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)
* Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of design tools is a plus)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail
* Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging event experiences
* Willingness to travel internationally to deliver assigned events
