The Global Rewards Senior Leader plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution and continuous optimization of global compensation and benefits programs. Reporting to the People & Culture Senior Director Operations, this role leads one direct report and is accountable for delivering high-quality, compliant, and employee-centric reward operations. With a strong focus on process excellence, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration, the role ensures that all compensation and benefits activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with global standards and local requirements.* **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead the execution of global compensation operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all compensation-related processes and programs. + Manage and continuously improve compensation workflows, systems, and tools to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across the Company. + Oversee the administration of annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, bonus programs, and long-term incentives, in close collaboration with PCBPs. + Own and coordinate the annual compensation budgeting process, partnering with Finance and P&C partners to ensure accurate forecasting, alignment with business plans, and effective tracking of compensation spend. + Ensure global consistency and local compliance by maintaining governance frameworks, documentation, and audit readiness for compensation programs. + Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HRIS, Payroll, and PCBPs) to ensure seamless integration and execution of compensation processes. + Monitor and analyze compensation data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements and automation. + Lead 1 direct report, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. + Act as a key point of contact for compensation operations, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. + Coordinate closely with the Global Rewards Strategy counterpart, to ensure operational alignment with strategic compensation initiatives and frameworks. + Lead and coordinate on preparation of various P&C reports with accuracy and deliver on time in cooperation with Data Insights Manager* **REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
