We are currently in a phase of rapid expansion, building a high-performance commercial team to lead this growth.The Role We are seeking a highly responsible and autonomous Field Sales Representative to manage our operations across Spain, with regular coverage into Portugal. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-prospecting to long-term account management. This role requires a "fast-learner" mindset and the leadership ability to adapt to a fast-moving, multi-cultural wholesale environment.Presenting new product lines and seasonal ranges to professional buyers.~ Daily pipeline updates and periodic strategy check-ins with senior management.

Prospect and convert new ethnic retail, restaurant, and wholesale accounts across Spain and Portugal.Experience: 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, or wholesale.A high capacity for learning new product ranges and navigating diverse cultural business environments.Fluent Spanish is required.
