About The Role
Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and meaningful impact to everything they do. We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of workplace technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
* Solving day-to-day IT requests and ensuring tickets are closed within SLAs
* Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping employees with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
* Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptops, initial IT setup, solving issues, etc.
* Retrieving exiting employees’ hardware, and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
* Managing any Revolut owned technology, including office and remote hardware
* Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation
What You'll Need
* Fluency in English
* 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, ticket management via Jira/Atlassian, hardware experience)
* Endpoint device management and incident management experience
* Vendor management experience (outsourcing)
* Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
* Experience with technical support for Slack
* Experience working with Jira
* Fluency in Spanish
