Location: Málaga – 1 block from Alameda Principal
Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM (Málaga time)
Hours: Full-time | 39 hrs/week
Salary: €30,000 base + up to 25% bonus
Role: Serve U.S. healthcare clients | CRM leadership role
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager & Trainer fluent in English to lead and grow a high-performing international sales team based in Málaga. At Solturo Solutions SL, our clients are families across the U.S. healthcare market—and our team speaks over 15 languages to connect with them.

What You’ll Do
* Lead a multilingual sales team & own KPI performance.
* Train, onboard, and coach reps for the U.S. market.
* Enhance Sales funnel and customer journey to increase conversion rate.
* Manage HubSpot CRM and reporting dashboards.
* Act as the CRM expert, supporting the sales team with troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and system adoption.
* Build and maintain a high-performance team culture centered on accountability, growth, and customer-centricity.
* Collaborate with Ops, Marketing & Client Success to align strategy.
* Build a performance-driven team culture rooted in growth and results.
* Oversee all sales activity, forecasting, and site performance.
What You Bring
* 7+ years in sales management or training, preferably with U.S. or international markets
* Fluent in English ; Spanish or other languages a plus
* Expert in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Clear communicator, strong motivator, and natural coach
* Experience in healthcare or the U.S. market is a major advantage
* Based in Málaga, available to work 3 PM – 11 PM
* Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
