- Support People Partners in managing employee relations cases, handling documentation, taking minutes, and resolving lower‑level queries while learning employment law nuances.
- Work closely with local country leaders and the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits for staff.
- Maintain HR metrics, generate reports on turnover, absence, and engagement, and help spot trends before they become issues.

- Be mentored on Spanish employment law and cultural nuances.
- Participate in international projects to build a integral HR perspective.

- Understanding of Spanish employment law.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (completed or currently studying) or a degree in HR/Business.
- Aiming to “get it right the first time,” creating order from chaos with high discretion.
- Professional and warm written communication.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities change quickly.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and native‑level Spanish.
- Curiosity, a sense of humour, and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
