To support our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a **Regional Sales Director** for the **Levante Region** (**Valencia, Alicante, Murcia**) to strengthen our **Sales Team** in Spain.
**Your Role**:
As a **Regional Sales Director**, you will drive commercial success and ensure operational excellence across multiple shops through a team of **Area Managers**. You will play a key role in implementing company strategies within your region, balancing **sales performance, customer experience, team leadership, and operational efficiency**.
You will report to the **Sales Director** and collaborate closely with **Marketing, HR, Finance, and Retail Excellence** teams to maximize business potential in your region.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Drive Commercial Performance**
- Develop and execute **regional sales strategies** aligned with national objectives.
- Analyze **KPIs, sales reports, and financial data** to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Implement **action plans** to improve performance in underperforming areas.
- Collaborate with headquarters and Area Managers to develop and manage the **regional budget**.
**Lead Teams and Develop Competencies**
- Lead and support **Area Managers**, ensuring their continuous development through structured routines and active field presence.
- Monitor team performance and ensure that **Area Managers effectively manage store teams**.
- Foster a high-performance culture by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
**Ensure Operational Excellence**
- Guarantee that all stores in the region operate efficiently, proactively addressing challenges impacting performance.
- Work closely with support functions to ensure:
- Stores are **fully staffed**.
- Employees receive **proper training**.
- **Stock levels** are optimized to ensure excellent customer experience.
**Your Profile**
- **5-8 years** of experience as a **Regional Manager / Sales Manager**, managing managers in the **retail sector**.
- Experience in a **fast-growing, dynamic company**, with an understanding of national sales structures.
- Strong **strategic thinking** combined with a **hands-on, pragmatic approach**.
- Passionate about **change management** and able to inspire teams through transformation.
- Independent, organized, and results-driven, with strong **leadership and execution skills**.
- **Analytical mindset**, cost-conscious decision-making, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- **Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
