On behalf of an esteemed client of ours, we are recruiting the following profile to join their team in Marbella:
STORE MANAGER – HIGH LUXURY BRAND - MARBELLA
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the boutique, driving sales performance and ensuring the highest standards of client experience in line with the Brand’s values and positioning.
Responsibilities:
* Represent the Brand and ensure that the corporate image and standards are consistently reflected in the boutique
* Drive and optimize overall sales performance, achieving both quantitative and qualitative targets
* Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a high-performance and client-oriented culture
* Ensure an excellent client experience and the highest standards of luxury service
* Organize and lead daily briefings and motivate the team to achieve KPIs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and develop long-term client loyalty
* Monitor store KPIs and guide the team in achieving sales and service objectives
* Manage, coach and develop the team, supporting continuous training on product knowledge and selling techniques
* Ensure full compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines
* Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique reflects the Brand image at all times
* Supervise inventory management, stock control and annual inventory processes
* Ensure security procedures are followed and coordinate with the Area Manager to prevent loss or theft
Requirements:
* Significant experience in luxury retail, ideally in a Store Manager role
* Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
* Client-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury and fashion
* Deep knowledge of the luxury retail environment
* Strong organizational and operational skills
* Fluent Spanish & English required
